Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Quality Leads to ISO Certification

ISO 9001:2015 Certification demonstrates a commitment to quality management, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

I.V. House, Inc. is extremely proud to announce that we are an ISO 9001:2015 Certified supplier.

Recently, the I.V. House team has taken a close look at all of our business processes including customer service, product design, quality, purchasing, operations, and sales in an effort to better serve our healthcare provider partners. ISO Certification is one way to assure our customers that we will continue to monitor and improve our quality management system as we produce our state-of-the-art products.

In order to maintain this quality management system certification, I.V. House will document steps we take to meet and exceed customer expectations. Progress toward our quality objectives will be reviewed and audited regularly.

Nurse feedback and continuous improvement of products and services have always been part of the culture at I.V. House. By completing this process, we’re making a formal commitment that is approved by the global ISO governing body, and adds another layer of assurance for our healthcare provider partners.
